Welcome to Studio Yoga. We are a small and personal studio focused on providing personalized practice that strives to transform the body, invigorate the mind, inspire the spirit and empower clients to live a better life. Classes are designed specifically for the students in each class and are at their level. This allows students to move through their yoga journey at the pace they choose. Studio Yoga features Hatha Yoga, which is a path of physical control that helps create balance in the body. The word breaks into the syllables “Ha” meaning “Sun” and “tha” meaning “Moon”. Hatha Yoga is the balancing and harmonizing of the opposing forces of the body. Physical postures (Asanas) and breathing exercises are combined to create mindful awareness throughout the body. All classes are 75 minutes long and are limited to 6 people. Please call for class availability and reserve your spot or schedule on-line.
Healthy Back Yoga - [Friday, July 20th 5:30-6:45 PM] Kick off your weekend with a Hatha yoga class focused on helping you to maintain a healthy back! This class will provide asanas designed to lengthen your spine, stretch and strengthen your back muscles, and return your back to its proper alignment.
Pilates Mat - Brittany Hopper is offering a Pilates Mat class starting August 15! Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
