Booking Policies

  • Clients must book a minimum of 1 hour before the start time of class.

  • Since spots are limited, clients must cancel a minimum of 4 hours prior to class to qualify as an ‘early cancel.’ All early cancellations will be credited back on your account.

  • If you cancel less than 4 hours prior to class, it will be considered a ‘late cancel,’ and your account will still be charged accordingly.

Studio Etiquette

  • In order to provide a personalized practice, our classes are limited to 5 people and often have a wait list. Please call for class availability and reserve your spot or schedule online through WellnessLiving.

  • Unplug. We ask that you turn your cell phone and other electronic devices off or switch it to silent before class.

  • If you arrive early while another class is in session (the Studio door will be closed with a sign stating that class is still in session), please have a seat in the waiting area until the previous class is completely finished with Savasana.

  • Please remember to take off your shoes before entering the yoga space. Socks are optional. You may place your belongings in one of the cubbies as you enter the room.

  • Out of consideration for others, please refrain from coming to class when you are sick.
