In this special post-Thanksgiving class, we'll focus on cleansing the body of toxins, impurities, and that second helping of pumpkin pie! Studio Yoga is passionate about giving back to its community. In spirit of the holiday season, join us for a donation-based class and support a local charity (TBD). This traditional yoga class is designed for beginners as well as continuing practitioners, with variations in poses offered, allowing all to focus on breath awareness, a grounding sense of support, respect for self, and respect for others.

Finding Balance

It Takes Two: Partner Yoga

Come join us for a playful partner yoga class suitable for all levels! Bring a partner, family member, friend, or even come alone ready to pair up. You will be guided through seated, standing and balancing partner yoga postures, concluding the practice with gentle hands-on adjustments in reclined postures to promote relaxation. Breathe, move, and flow together as we explore the concepts of trust and letting go. In partner yoga, we rely on each other for support to keep proper alignment, balance, and focus.
