Let Your Love Shine!

Valentine's Day is quickly approaching and is the perfect opportunity to focus on practicing self-love and spreading those good vibes to everyone you know. In this class, we will move through a gentle flow including rejuvenating, heart-opening asanas to open up your heart center and allow you to shower yourself with compassion from head to toe. We will wind down our practice with a guided self-love meditation.

It Takes Two: Partner Yoga

Come join us for a playful partner yoga class suitable for all levels! Bring a partner, family member, friend, or even come alone ready to pair up. You will be guided through seated, standing and balancing partner yoga postures, concluding the practice with gentle hands-on adjustments in reclined postures to promote relaxation. Breathe, move, and flow together as we explore the concepts of trust and letting go. In partner yoga, we rely on each other for support to keep proper alignment, balance, and focus.

Yoga for Charity

Studio Yoga is passionate about giving back to its community. In spirit of the holiday season, join us for a donation-based class and support our local Save Our Streets Ministries. This traditional yoga class is designed for beginners as well as continuing practitioners, with variations in poses offered, allowing all to focus on breath awareness, a grounding sense of support, respect for self, and respect for others.

Suggested donation: $10-$25
All donations will go to Save Our Streets Ministries.

Post-Turkey Twist

In this special post-Thanksgiving class, we'll focus on cleansing the body of toxins, impurities, and that second helping of pumpkin pie! Class will include a gentle sequence of twists alternating with abdominal strengthening, forward folds, and hip openers. We will work to restore digestive health and boost the immune system. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed and more grounded – ready to take on the busy holiday season ahead.
