Healthy Back Yoga - [Friday, July 20th 5:30-6:45 PM] Kick off your weekend with a Hatha yoga class focused on helping you to maintain a healthy back! This class will provide asanas designed lengthen your spine, stretch and strengthen your back muscles, and return your back to its proper alignment.
Pilates Mat - Brittany Hopper is offering a Pilates Mat class starting August 15! Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
Yoga Nidra with Michele de la Bastide is on the schedule now! Michele will guide you through a powerful meditation, calming the nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed and rested.
Stretch 'n Stitch class with Julie Kircher is on the schedule now! Yoga tailored specifically to alleviate tension for those that love knitting, crocheting, embroidery, or hand quilting. You can even bring your recent project to work on and inspire each other.
Partner Yoga TBA This class is open to all levels. This workshop provides you with a playful and enriching way to enjoy yoga and connect with another by supporting, stretching, and finding balance together. Bring a partner, friend or just yourself.
