Yoga Nidra

Come and Relax with us.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation that uses guided meditation to transport you to a place of peace and calm.  In Yoga Nidra you will be propped in a restorative posture using bolsters and blankets to make you completely comfortable.  The session is 60 minutes long.  Monique will be guiding our session this month.
