We are a Yoga Studio that strives to transform the body, invigorate the mind, inspire the spirit and empower clients to live a better life. Studio Yoga features Hatha Yoga, which is a path of physical control that helps create balance in the body. The word breaks into the syllables “Ha” meaning “Sun” and “tha” meaning “Moon”. Hatha Yoga is the balancing and harmonizing of the opposing forces of the body. Physical postures (Asanas) and breathing exercises are combined to create mindful awareness throughout the body.
