
Studio Yoga
We are a Yoga Studio that strives to transform the body, invigorate the mind, inspire the spirit and empower clients to live a better life. Studio Yoga features Hatha Yoga, which is a path of physical control that helps create balance in the body. The word breaks into the syllables “Ha” meaning “Sun” and “tha” meaning “Moon”. Hatha Yoga is the balancing and harmonizing of the opposing forces of the body. Physical postures (Asanas) and breathing exercises are combined to create mindful awareness throughout the body. All classes are 75 minutes long and are limited to 6 people. Please call for class availability and reserve your spot.
Our Studio
Yoga classes are held in our relaxing studio featuring hardwood flooring and natural palette. The space is stocked with bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, sandbags and mats so everything you need for your practice is here. All group classes are 75 minutes in length.

We are located in College Station, TX. Our address is 2423 Earl Rudder Freeway Suite 100. Studio Yoga is centrally located in Brazos County and easily accessible from Texas A&M University and Highway 6.
Classes Offered
Relaxation Yoga is a gentle yoga practice that is appropriate for individuals who are new to yoga or would like a yoga experience that restores both the body and mind.
Vinyasa Flowing Yoga is a practice that links the asanas (postures) to one another through fluid movements. Focus is on strengthening, opening the body, and breathing. The asanas create strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Knowledge of basic yoga postures is needed.
Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that utilizes the support of blankets, bolsters and straps to prop the body in various poses. This method allows the student to practice in a manner that is slow and deliberate and will not place excess strain on the body. Restorative yoga is beneficial to your health because:
Health conditions that have been attributed to the effects of stress include, but are not limited to, hypertension, asthma, colitis/ irritable bowel syndrome, insomnia, depression and anxiety
Pilates Mat classes focus on exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. The emphasis is the development of the body through core strength and flexibility. Become stronger, leaner, longer and more graceful.
Yoga Sessions are offered as private session (60 minute), Duet(60 minute), Trio, or Group Class (75 minutes).
